J Collection Cleanliness Standards

In response to the global pandemic, the J Collection has developed new cleanliness standards and operating procedures. We have introduced the "J Clean" methodology which includes increased sanitization practices and hygenic requirements for employees.

We believe in a "just do it" mindset when it comes to health & safety protocols.

JUST MASK UP

Masks are required for all guests and employees inside J Collection public spaces.

• Face masks required for guests in public areas
• Face masks required for staff in public areas

JUST CHECK YOURSELF

J Collection employees are temperature checked prior to starting their shift. We ask guests to stay at home if they have COVID-19 related symptoms or live with someone who has recently tested positive. 

• Regular temperature checks for staff
• Paid stay-at-home policy for staff with symptoms

JUST WASH YOUR HANDS

Guests and employees are encouraged to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

• Staff required to regularly wash hands

JUST STAY 6 FEET APART

It is important to practice physical distancing and stay at least six feet apart while at J Collection properties.

JUST CLEAN

Our cleaning methods include utilizing EPA-approved products as well as opting for additional sanitization of high-touch point areas. Additionally, guests will find hand sanitizer and hand washing stations through J Collection properties.

• Hand sanitizer available to guests & staff
• Regularly sanitized high-traffic areas
• Ozone generators to sanitize hotel spaces & surfaces
